Position Summary:
As an Ambulatory Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in improving the nutritional well-being of patients, working with those experiencing a range of health conditions, including those on enteral and parenteral nutrition. In this dynamic, patient-centered clinic setting, you’ll have the chance to form lasting relationships while guiding patients through personalized diet plans tailored to their unique needs, cultural preferences, and health requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and assessing patients' nutritional status in relation to disease states.
Providing individualized dietary counseling and instructions based on patient needs.
Adapting standard diets to meet the physical, cultural, socioeconomic, and religious preferences of patients.
Building strong, ongoing relationships with patients within the clinic environment.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish required (Brookhaven Health Center - 30324).
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from an accredited institution.
Registered Dietitian License in the state of Georgia.
