Office Coordinator

Position Description

Job Title: Logistics Office Coordinator
Company: Express Errands & Courier
Job Type: Part-Time and a chance to be full time

Job Description:
Express Errands & Courier is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our logistics department by coordinating office activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Coordination: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Logistics Support: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless coordination of shipments and deliveries. Track and update shipment status, maintaining accurate records.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the logistics department and other internal teams. Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM
