Roofing laborer
• $16/hr - $20/hr + Overtime. On-site. Full-time

We are a Roofer company looking for a skilled and experienced ROOFING LABORER to join our team. As a ROOFING LABORER, you will be responsible for assisting the roofing team in all phases of the roof installation, repair, and maintenance. You will be an essential part of ensuring that projects are completed promptly and efficiently that meets or exceeds our client's expectations.
The ideal candidate for this position must be physically fit and be comfortable working at heights, outdoors, and in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to work well in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients on-site.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of the roof.
Moving and organizing materials on-site.
Cleaning and preparing the job site.
Handling and operating hand and power tools.
Measuring and cutting materials to specification.
Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the roofing team.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a laborer in the roofing industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of roofing tools and materials.
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to understand and follow safety protocols.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
