You must be familiar with different roofing materials and understand roofing procedures and safety protocols. You will work with a team of construction professionals and contribute to completing projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Measure and cut the required roofing materials to fit the structure.
Install and repair roofing systems on commercial and residential buildings.
Replace damaged or missing shingles, tiles, and other roofing components.
Perform routine maintenance of roofing systems, including cleaning and inspections.
Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in project planning and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Complete all projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
Ability to operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
Physically fit to work in challenging environments and at heights.
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair roofing issues.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
